而在可能引发纪律处分的行为中，有这么一条：

在一篇对加州律师制裁措施科普性质文章的解释中，moral turpitude通常可以包括attempted lewd act on a minor (对未成年人(不太清楚加州对minor一词的定义)的淫秽行为尝试)，个人理解本案中鲍某某的行为可以触发这一条，而且从目的解释来看，设置此条的目的在于让法院确信此人“不适合继续当律师，应予以纪律制裁以保护公众、法庭、律师协会免于进一步的不端行为(The purpose of the moral turpitude inquiry enables the court "to identify those attorneys who are unfit to practice law, so that discipline can be imposed to protect the public, bench and bar from future misconduct.)
而加州对此的制裁措施，第一个就是disbarment，即吊销律师资格。
2.7 MORAL TURPITUDE, DISHONESTY, FRAUD, CORRUPTION, OR CONCEALMENT
Disbarment or actual suspension is appropriate for an act of moral turpitude, dishonesty, fraud, corruption or concealment of a material fact. The degree of sanction depends on the magnitude of the misconduct and the extent to which the misconduct harmed or misled the victim and related to the member’s practice of law.

发现这位鲍某某目前还在北京律协注册着，有的答案则说他已经加入了美国国籍，那样的话北京律协是不是也应该管管了？中国律师证可以直接吊销了吧？
