因为中国政府仍对欧盟国家公民实行严格的入境限制,所以对于居住地在中国的旅行者,德国也将继续推行欧盟政府首脑于 3 月 17 日通过的申根入境禁令。关于入境限制政策和签证须知请参阅以下链接:

根据入境禁令,目前还不能进行常规的商务、探亲访友或观光旅行。商务签证只可在特殊情况下提出申请。请用英文或德文详细陈述您的入境理由，在邮件标题注明申请人姓名和护照号码，并提交以下材料，德国官员将据此审核是否符合特例情况,以确认是否可以安排签证预约:
1. 德国邀请函，当中须注明在德国的详细商务活动日程表，每位申请人在该次商务活动中的具体职责和工作时长，如有商务合同或机械货运证明也可一并提交/ detAIled business schedule and contract or sufficient statement on machine delivery
2. 德国商业伙伴填写并签名的商务拜访必要性声明信/ Declaration of the absolute necessity of business travel of short duration

a political support letter by a German authority on the respective German federal state or federal level (e.g. Ministry for Economy or Ministry of Interior) , confirming that your entry into Germany is of special importance for the German economy. Those confirmations must be sent in written form bearing the signature of the person in charge in Germany and explain why the stay of the specific applicant in Germany is of high importance to the German economy (e.g. macro-economical or regional-economical importance of the company, connections with other German companies, number of new jobs created in Germany by this company.) （Please note that if the applicant works for a German company, a letter of invitation from the German head office is required, and a political support letter is no more needed.）
