无犯罪记录证明有效期为6个月（部分国家是3个月），是按照无犯罪记录证明的开具日期算起，而不是认证日期开始。例如：无犯罪记录证明是1月1日开出来的，认证完成日期是2月1日，那么这份证明就是7月1日到期，而不是8月1日。
The certificate of no criminal record is valid for 6 months (3 months in some countries), which is calculated from the issuance date of the certificate of no criminal record, rather than the certification date. For example, if the certificate of no criminal record is issued on January 1 and the certification completion date is February 1, then the certificate expires on July 1, not August 1.
无犯罪记录证明须由申请人国籍国或经常居住地（申请人离开国籍国最后连续居住一年以上的国家和地区）警察、安全、法院、公证机关等部门开具。无犯罪记录证明需要经过国籍国驻华使、领馆或我驻外使、领馆认证。在港澳特别行政区和台湾地区出具的无犯罪记录证明，应经所在 地区公证机关公证。无犯罪记录签发时间应在6个月内。

体检证明
Physical examination certificate
体检证明自签发之日起，有效期为六个月。

根据《外国人来华申办指引》，外国人的体检证明是必须提供的材料，且外国人只能在境内指定的机构进行体检，否则提供其他机构出具的体检证明是无效的，因此，外国人的体检证明在入境前采用承诺制的，须提供承诺书，承诺入境后补充境内检验检疫机构出具的健康检查证明书并承担风险。

临时住宿登记

1．外国人在宾馆、饭店、旅店、招待所、学校等企业、事业单位或者机关、团体及其他中国机构内住宿，应当出示有效护照或者居留证件，并填写临时住宿登记表。在非开放地区住宿还要出示旅行证。
2．外国人在中国居民家中住宿，在城镇的，须于抵达后二十四小时内，由留宿人或本人持住宿人的护照、证件和留宿人的户口薄到当地公安机关申报，填写临时住宿登记表；在农村的，须于七十二小时内向当地派出所或者户籍办公室申报。
3．外国人在中国的外国机构内或在中国的外国人家中住宿，须于住宿人抵达后二十四小时内，由留宿机构、留宿人或者本人持住宿人的护照或居留证件，向当地公安机关申报，并填写临时住宿登记表。
4．外国人在移动性住宿工具内临时住宿，须于二十四小时内向当地公安机关申报。为外国人的移动性住宿工具提供场地的机构或个人，应于二十四小时内向当地公安机关申报。
