13岁怀孕，14岁当妈，怎么都有种孩子带孩子的感觉A TEENAGE girl who became a mother at the age of 13 has silenced her school 'haters' by taking her daughter to prom.Kaleigh SnAIth still managed to raise her daughter and take seven GCSES, despite her peers labelling her "disgusting" for having a child so young.From September, the 16-year-old mum will be studying music at college and wanted to celebrate the end of her roller coaster school career by dressing up with her toddler.Kaleigh, from Stanley, Co Durham, said: "I wanted to take Harley to my prom and get her all dressed up to show her that she is a princess in my eyes - and always will be."While 2-year-old Harley wasn't allowed to attend the prom with her mum, Kaleigh bought her adorable tot a white lace dress to share the success of her personal milestone.Posing for photos to celebrate the end of Kaliegh's troubled school days, the blonde mother-and-daughter duo exchanged hugs and kisses for the camera.But things weren't always so blissful.For the first six months of her pregnancy, 13-year-old Kaleigh hid her growing baby bum from her parents Sharon, 48, and Tommy Snaith, 53.When the teen eventually plucked up the courage to confide in them, the stunned parents began frantically preparing their home for their granddaughter's arrival.Unsurprisingly, balancing life as a schoolgirl and mother proved challenging.Not only was she "tired all the time" but Kaleigh also had to cope with her peers "telling me I was disgusting, that I'd ruined my life, I'd never be a good mum and I'd never achieve anything in life."But with the unwavering support of her parents who vowed to "support and do everything" they could for their daughter, Kaleigh proved the bullies wrong by finishing her exams and sharing her prom experience with her adorable daughter.Kaleigh said: "Harley inspired me to keep going and gave me the big push I needed. I've worked really hard and I'm looking forward to getting my results in August."In a bid to silence her school "haters", Kaleigh "also wanted to show everyone else who thought I would never make it through school being a young mum that I did it. Here I am celebrating finishing school with my daughter."She added: "I hope by sharing the pictures from my prom, other young mums and their parents will realise that having a baby in your teens isn't the end of the world."
