很多同学可能有经验,课间趴在桌子上睡10分钟,短时间的睡眠可以迅速帮你提神,尽管睡得时间不长,可是下节课倍儿有精神。
困了的时候,利用课余时间做10分钟到20分钟的小憩,这种半深度睡眠可以有效减轻疲劳,但是碎片化睡眠不宜睡太久,否则可能会加深困意、晚上失眠。
