外国人在中国工作必须是过往无不良记录，必须遵守中华人民共和国法律、法规。

无犯罪记录证明有效期为6个月（少部分国家是3个月），无犯罪有效时间是按照无犯罪记录证明的开具日期算起，而不是认证日期开始。例如：无犯罪记录证明是12月16日开出来的，认证完成日期是第二年的2月1日，那么这份证明就是6月16日到期，而不是8月1日。

02健康体检证明

健康体检证明自签发之日起，有效期为六个月。

根据《外国人来华申办指引》，外国人的体检证明是必须提供的材料，且外国人只能在境内指定的机构进行体检，否则提供其他机构出具的体检证明是无效的，因此，外国人的体检证明在入境前采用承诺制的，须提供承诺书，承诺入境后补充境内检验检疫机构出具的健康检查证明书并承担风险。

03外国人临时住宿登记表

1．外国人在宾馆、饭店、旅店、招待所、学校等企业、事业单位或者机关、团体及其他中国机构内住宿，应当出示有效护照或者居留证件，并填写临时住宿登记表。在非开放地区住宿还要出示旅行证。

04护照有效期不足半年有效

一般国家规定，入境客人所持护照的有效期必须长于半年。

护照有效期不足6个月是指：现持有的护照离护照到期的时间不足6个月。护照有效期短于半年有效，将影响工作居留许可的办理，建议临近一年有效可在驻华使领馆申请新护照的更换。
